Hello from Fourth Plinth Acupuncture. I'm Jayne, a fully qualified Acupuncturist with a BSc (Hons) in Acupuncture from the highly respected College of Integrated Chinese Medicine. I first came across acupuncture when pregnant with my son who was breech. With just one session he turned and was born safely at home. From then on, I was fascinated by this amazing treatment that can transform our energy and our health.

My first interest (and degree) was in Psychology, but fate led me instead to becoming a TV producer. Health remained important to me though and I specialised in medical programs. I spent many years working in hospitals seeing at first hand how Western medicine didn't always have all the answers. I was eventually lucky enough to choose a different path and retrain in Chinese Medicine.

I am now privileged to treat adults and children using a combined form of acupuncture – Five Element and Traditional Chinese Medicine. This allows a broad spectrum of conditions to be addressed, including emotional issues and mental health which I am particularly interested in. My early experience of acupuncture while pregnant, drew me to support women through their own pregnancies, and treat fertility issues in both women and men. I have specialist acupuncture training in both obstetrics and gynaecology, and treating children and teens.
